New puzzle and answers to RR Xing

Think of a 10-lettered word for a cause to celebrate. Remove the fourth and fifth letter and you’ll get a product used to celebrate with. Hint : the fourth and fifth letters are E and R.

What the Shakespeare Teacher does with his puzzles is to let people answer them in the comments. Viewers have the understanding that if they look at the comments, they may be looking at the answers.
